[00:00:00] Hi, my name is Jari Aris. I’m an intern from MIFA, and I go to Chris Ray Boston. I’m a college bound high school senior, and these are ways I stay organized. I use a planner to keep track of assignments, exams, and other important dates like meetings with my counselor, basketball games, homework due, and quiz days.

I have to set my priorities straight before anything else. I also establish a daily routine. My routine includes dedicated time for studying, training, and personal activities. Communication is key. I stay in touch with coaches, teachers, and teammates. Adequate sleep, proper nutrition, and regular exercise contribute to overall well being and can positively impact your organizational skills, so make sure to take care of yourself.
